A misty Victorian Redditch street at dusk, with the ghostly figures of a monk near St Stephen's Church and a girl outside the Sportsman's Arms, and the modern Kingfisher Shopping Centre standing over the old high street.

The Redditch
Ghost Walk

Two hours after dark, walking the line between the town you know and the one buried beneath it.

Ghost Tales presents

History first. Ghosts second.
Stories, always.

A guided walk through Redditch town centre, following the streets that still stand and the ones that don't — with the history, folklore and first-hand accounts that connect them.

Redditch has changed shape more than once. Streets that carried shoppers and needle-makers for a hundred years now lie somewhere beneath the Kingfisher Centre, and the buildings that replaced them carry their own stories.

The Redditch Ghost Walk follows that route on foot, after dark, pairing each stop's documented history with the folklore and personal accounts attached to it — from the Old Town's churches and coaching inns to the shopping centre built over the "buried town" beneath.

Nothing here is exaggerated for effect. Where the evidence is solid, you'll be told so. Where it's legend, rumour or someone's own experience, you'll be told that too.
